4x4 Chassis

This is a 4x4 chassis with the following features:
- Permanent 4 wheel-drive
- 5 link rigid axle suspensions
- Parking brake
- Central, front axle and rear axle diff lock
- Simulated throttle
- CV joint implemented in front axle, however it's not perfect due to friction between blocks

To operate:
- I to start the "engine"
- P to engage/disengage the parking brake
- 1,2,3 to engage/disengage front, rear and central diff locks
- Up to accelerate
- Down to decelerate

Future development: a defender 90 will be built on this chassis.
