Nightingale Equipment Tweaks

Description
-Adds a balanced leveled Fortify Archery enchantment to the Nightingale Hood and Fortify Carry Weight enchantment to the Nightingale Boots.
-Reduces the weight of the Nightingale weapons. Halving the weight in most cases.
-Fixes the level 46+ Nightingale Blade. Can now be improved at the Grinding Wheel.
-Updated Revision 2 makes the Nightingale Bows silent to match all the other bows in the game.

@ $Maf-Max$ Go to Riften and listen to Brynjolf, and do the first few Thieves Guild quests. I f you follow the plotline, you get the Nightingale armor

@tyme81 lichter weapons cost less stamina to do power attacks... you can do like 15%more power attacks with this wheigt...

do u need to upgrade the armor for higher stats on them, and does this mod take up very much space (RAM).........?

Nice mod. Is there any chance you could alter the nightingale blade so that improvements stack with smithing perks? Right now it lacks that, and as such it's useless once mid-game hits, as other blades can be improved far more.
