Description
the flaming sea surpent that likes to light your boat on fire from underneath but it will not attack a boat unless there is an NPC or player onboard

unfreeze to use
requires wire mod to work
it can only attack in water

how to use:
step 1. spawn it in on land
step 2. unfreeze it
step 3. use the physgun to place it in the water
