The easiest way would be to join an empty qlrace.com race server and callvote the map there.

You can also subscribe to the workshop item, then open quake live and type "map daanstrafe03 race" in the console (without quotation marks). You could also use custom race factories instead of the default race (search the workshop for them) if you want to play offline with the same settings as the qlrace.com servers.
