Phoenix Colony Transport

Found this nice Jan 2014 vintage shippy to transport all your colonists and stuff. Really nice, lots of space to build out.

I did have a little help with the access catwalks to the cargo bins on the upper levels, It was a while ago so I forgot who, if you are reading this and you are the one who needs to be blamed for it, I'll be sure to add you as a contributor.

Note: kinda large-ish, around 46,000 blocks, might be problematic if you are trying to run this game with only a few hundred megs of ram on a fifteen year old machine...
