It a nice MOD but why is my head sticking out of the cockpit, please explain ???

Hey! If you still working on this cockit, there is an issue with the character model, dispaying too high in the seat. This means that their head is sticking up out of the glass, which is really anoying, especially in 1st person. Could we get a fix please?
