you don't NEED ST+ but if you do have ST+ v5 or higher then the tires get a traction boost, i could make a 2nd wheelset for none ST+ users where its close to the same handling as the ST+ tires but it won't be the exact same.

I have a question :
I dont use ST+ cause I lose too many FPS with it, and game became implayable.
Do you know the main differences in behave, handling, etc between 2 cases ?
