After reviewing the contents of the files all that would need to be replaced is the texture pattern with a new one. Leaving all the bmp maps and such the same.

Sort of. I liked Sage's engineer skins so much when they fell into the abyss of updates I stiched the code of an up to date skin with his and suprisingly it worked.

Rothank, I can do something for you if you would like. LCD's and engineer skins are about it though. I'm not skilled enough with the game's coding to do much else im afraid.
