125 Broad Street, formerly 2 New York Plaza, is a 40-story office building located at the intersection of Broad and South Streets, New York.

Built in 1971, its construction was given by the architects Kahn & Jacobs. The building is 153 meters high and is located on the east side of the building 1 New York Plaza. It has a modern structural design, being, along with the 1 New York Plaza, the southernmost skyscrapers in Manhattan.

@kman - hey Kman - thanks for you comments! Moddeliing isnt easy for sure, its really finiky, but its so rewarding! Ive wanted to make New York since Simcity 2000!

@cleavus Yea, that's good thinkin'... And Like I said, If only I knew how to make these models, I would contribute to Midtown & other locations. Can't wait on the other stuff. And again, appreciate all your effort. Same to Madcat. Also, where is this NY builders group?
