Mr. Mayor

The city of Oaksworth is a sprawling city with many problems. The city grew as an industrial town, during the great boom a lot of blue caller workers moved into the city. However, this has now begun to fall apart due to poor transportation infrastructure. The city cannot produce enough external demand to fund the amount of industry in the city.

You have been given a grant of $500,000 to revitalise the city and to diversify its assets. You must find a way to grow the city to a proud metropolis. This means investing in infrastructure, education, and office development. Due to the condition of the grant, you cannot go into debt!

Some minor updates, added in a single natural disaster. Made the difficulty harder (as the city was too efficient before). Fixed some silly road links and errors such as a broken water pipe connection.
