Adds an Ice Spear to the game, cool right?

Fixed the very weird bugs people was having when playing multiplayer

Well, I uploaded a fire spear, but now, let's chill a little, cause i added a very cool ice spear.
It freezes (Same power as an icestaff) everytime you hit your target.
-35 damage
-175 uses
-Alchemy engine required

Hope you like it and please let me know if you find bugs or anything!
