Streamline Moderne HS Gym/Shelter

Description
The original gym that complements my Streamline Moderne High School asset. Just plop it right next to the school.

During the war (which war? a war) the scare of nuclear attacks were high. This gym and its basement were converted to allow it to be an emergency shelter if it needed to be. To this day the shelter is still functional (if you have the Natural Disasters DLC).

You can find this asset in Emergency services under the disaster services tab.

Cost: $14000
Emergency Shelter Capacity: 1500
Number of buses: 5
Everything else is the same as the small emergency shelter

The asset, as is all of your work, is excellent. I won't buy any more add-ons for this game though so, is there a way you could make this without the DL requirement? Please?

@ASOM30: Did you not read the description? It functions as an emergency shelter, that's why the Natural Disaster DLC is required to use it.

Why would a DLC be needed?

Love the lot, brings back some nightmarish days from my youth. Such as the last day of school before Xmas break and the winds started blowing from the east and picked up so much dust the sky was red for hours before the leading edge of the front hit us. They sent all of us home early which meant most of us got home in time for the power to fail and stay off for three days. A lot of the bible thumping kids thought it was the start of the rapture and were they dissappointed when they were still alive and on earth when it was over.

I grew up during the , I guess the way things are turning out, First Cold War and having a fallout shelter on campus was no joke. The basement of my high school was an underground warren of tunnels that led to every point on the property. There was actually a tunnel that ran from underneath the gym to the county hospital and morgue across a major avenue and three city blocks west of us.
