AFTER LISTENING TO THAT BROADCAST, HAMMER DECIDES WHETHER OR NOT HE SHOULD DO IT. AFTER HALF AN HOUR OF THINKING, HE SAID TO HIMSELF:

"That broadcast was addressing to me, directly. So it wasn't pre-recorded for everyone to hear. I guess that means I have to do it, no matter the risk!"
