(RNG) L4D / L4D2 Game Cases

This is my first attempt and release of an RNG mod, I don't mind if you think it's trash or whatever :3


This mod retextures the two US Army Survival Guide props to be L4D or L4D2 Xbox 360 cases. The closed and open book are two seperate models which share a single texture sheet, with four variations to provide all possible combinations.

You can find both the closed and open models side by side in some maps, such as on the table in 'No Mercy: Apartments' where you get your starter gear, or scattered alone in other maps.

The US Army Survival Guide models appear at least once in most Left 4 Dead and some Left 4 Dead 2 campaigns, as well as countless Left 4 Dead 2 Workshop campaigns. Not just No Mercy as pictured, that's just a demonstration!

Think of it as an easter egg hunt!

I plan to expand this addon to contain more Valve game cases in the future, such as but not limited to: Team Fortress 2, Portal, Portal 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Day of Defeat, The Orange Box.
