Also includes a Winter Night Version for some Festive Fun (gm_lindburn_winter)
And here is another one for you Lancastrians, but this time, set in the beautiful and rural Ribble Valley, my personal favourite part of Lancashire. Lindburn, which nestles in the shadow of Longridge Fell (Not Pendle Hill) in the Forest of Bowland with it's almost fairytale like buildings and stone cottages, set between Clitheroe and Longridge, has long been a popular place for tourists, and visitors to the Forest of Bowland. The population of this village is about 440 people, and other places nearby include, Clitheroe, Whalley Longridge, Chipping, Ribchester Whitewell, Slaidburn, Waddington, and of course Preston, from which the village gets it's mail from (being in the PR3 postcode area) The Winter version of the Map also has a lot of Snow!!

Here is some features of this lovely place (both versions have the same features.)
The Village Hall - With it's own clock, set on the beck, that looks more like a small mansion house is the definitive fairytale like building of this village, where a lot of events are held, even some plays and performances are held there. If you press the button there, the clock will sound.
St Peter's Church - The Parish Church of Lindburn, once a chapel to Chipping Parish Church. The church was rebuilt in 1700 and is based off St Lawrence's church in Fewston, North Yorkshire. The 15th century tower is what is left of the Medieval church. It has 6 bells that can be rung and a pipe organ built in 1900 by J J Binns of Bramley near Leeds, and can be played as well.
The Mansion House - Well...yeah, that gives it more of a fairytail spirit of the village, that has some rooms that can be accessed, including the main room, the dining room, a pool room and a couple of bedrooms. Visitors are always welcome. If you press the button you can hear a song about the Ribble Valley I made ( https://soundcloud.com/thunderbirds76-returns/ribble-valley )
The Old Mill Cafe - It is a reference to Lancashire's industrial history, particularly the old mill towns of Burnley, Blackburn and Manchester etc.....but this is a converted mill that is now a cafe
The Three Bridges on the beck - Again, gives the village that more romantic feel.....as they lead to different places.
The Pub - One of the best in the Ribble Valley.....you know what to do! XD
St Margaret's Roman Catholic Church - The Roman Catholic Church of the village, that is testament to the Roman Catholic history of Lancashire, being a Catholic stronghold.....and does not have it's own resident clergy, it is served jointly from Chipping and Longridge. It also has an interactive pipe organ.
The Methodist Church - A small but sweet Methodist Chapel on the hill looking over the village.
House - Well, live in it!! The Ribble Valley is a lovely place, so live there!!
Listen out for some Fart Metal \m/

I like that a winter version was made, but the snow should also be on the roofs, sidewalks, and roads to look more realistic. Could patch meshes would do the trick?
