Ultimate Boreal Beta 4.1.4

Hello everyone.

This is my First Map Theme for Cities Skylines, I choose a Boreal Map theme because, Iam playing my city in a Boreal Theme .

*(There is a MOD: Environment Changer Mod to set this theme in any other map biome)*

Well I was inspired by Captain Soap and Mark Fire.

I like the good work and probably Hard work that Mark and Captain does, their works are so perfect that Freshpopcorn, Flux and Stric uses their maps themes.

Well they are my inspiration, this is my proposal:

Version: Beta 4.1.4

- The Best Cliff Texture (no more blur) _FINAL_

-Mineral Texture (vanilla) _0%_
-Sand Texture (vanilla) _0%_
-Moon Texture (vanilla) _0%_

-Water Texture (improved of alpha) _FINAL_
-Water Foam Texture (new version of alpha) _FINAL_
-Grass Texture (new version of alpha) _FINAL_
-Grass Ruined Texture (new version of alpha) _FINAL_
-Concrete Texture (new version of alpha) _FINAL_
-Oil Texture (improved of alpha) _FINAL_
-Gravel Texture _FINAL_

Map based in Norway towns. _FINAL_

-Perfect night experience/ match with the Boreal Theme.
-Realistic Wheater acording the Boreal Map.
-Sunrise and sunset with the colors of a truly Boreal Map.
-Realistic latitude and longitude.
-Realistic Dark at Night.
-Relistic Northern Lights events.
-Realistic Rain and Fog events.
-Water color acording to the Map.

Finally I Design This Map Theme to be Complemented by this LUT by Captain Soap.

@alborza Thanks for the cheers , I really want to finish this map Theme . But the moon, sand and mineral texture are missing, (is using the vanilla ones) I stop working because the difficult of find the sand texture in 4K and also the sand color of the NorthLands (Vikings TV Show) That was my inspiration. I Stop working in this beacuse the lack of people giving feedback. I think no to many player use the Boreal Theme.

This is fantastic work, LOVE the fact that its 200+ MB -- the higher detail the better! We really need more great 4K high-res themes in the workshop, please keep up the great work :)

Bartek is not a LUT is a map Theme (replace the textures) ,what is to dark?
