Made a remake/retexture of the original HNS_DEVBLOCKS

- ReTextured
- Lowered a Ladder but is invisible...
- Added a Ledge on the TOWER to make it less boring :D

I made this for fun back in 2017 learning Hammer, surprisingly a lot of people liked it! Good times.
