Scotland/Gaeldom Colour & Flag Swap

Description
Simple mod that swaps over the flags of Scotland and the Highland vassal state of Gaeldom that Scotland can create as a subject, swapping Gaeldom's Saltire with Scotland's Lion Rampant flag, as well as swapping their colours, turning Scotland blue and Gaeldom gold.

Disables achievements as it alters the checksum.

My first attempt at that has been a total failure to be honest, so I'll say no for now.

I'll post an update if I ever figure it out though!

Would you make a version of this for the Extended Timelines mod? That would be awesome.
