Centripetal Gravity Ring

Description
for use with mag boots, you can jump and run around!

unfortunately the actual ring does not spin fast enough. the moving platform works though!

i think this is due to a limit with rotational inertia in the game. none of the speed mods i tried fixed it.

to get 1 g at 100 meters, you would have to go about 30 m/s

The centripetal acceleration is v^2/r at a distance r from the center of rotation.
