The River Delta Cropped

Description
A Large, 13x19km map (247km²). This is a cropped version of The River Delta Redux: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=805773929

As a couple of people have had problems enabling Experimental Map Sizes, I've selectively cropped the edges off the map to bring it below the default 256km² limit.

I've had to move one Oil Refinery, but otherwise all towns and industries retain their original positions. I've cropped 0.5km off the north and south, and 2km off the east edge. The general flow of the map should remain intact... the only significant change is that the north-east coastal inlet is no longer reachable by ships from the rest of the map.

In case people want to match the look, the tree settings I've used for the screenshots are:
forestLevel = 0.65, forestDensity = 0.8, singleDensity = 5.0, treeLine = 400.0

Original description:

A mighty river winds between foothills before breaking out into a flood plain and flowing into the sea. The coastline sweeps around two sides of the map, and into a couple of natural harbours. The entire coast and river system should be navigable by ships.

Since "The Mountain Pass", I've gotten a bit better handle on how industry chains flow, so this map should hopefully provide a steady increase in challenge, rather than the brick-wall challenge of my first map.
The more basic industry chains should be easier to set up, and the industry placement gets more challenging as you bring in the more complex chains.

The overall geography should be far more balanced than in "The Mountain Pass" too - there are still plenty of hills, cliffs, and mountains, but there's also plenty of relatively flat lowland between them. I think I probably overdid the hills a bit before, so I've tried to create a far more balanced map this time around.

I'm having the same problem with this map as I have with the larger one, it stops downloading when there is 1MB left.
All other maps and articles I've tried downloads fine, but these two maps refuse to finish, does anyone else experience the same problem?
