PIZZAPIZZA Telus SecondCup REDUX (+RICO)

This 3 store Canadian asset is a cosmetic touch up with RICO stats added to the wonderful original by NotANoob2K. I am fan of his work; especially because I am Canadian. You will notice the asset is not AD. It doesn't have AD because I am still learning. Right now practicing using a few mods for editing buildings in the asset editor.

RICO stats are for low commercial. Stats include the total workforce and construction cost listed in the properties pic above. None of the props listed are necessarily required for asset to function correctly but I do recommend the Wall Lanterns and Parking Bumper.

I recommend you use the Not So Unique Building mod to place more than one of these in your cities. I recommend using the Building Panel Already Exists Icons Fix for clearer visibility of the thumbnails of these assets in your Unique Building tab. Lastly of course, should you choose to use RICO you will undoubtedly need the Ploppable RICO mod.

The conversion of this asset was a time consuming exercise which was undergone for my own selfish reasons of having it in my city. All credit goes to NotANoob2K as well as mods belonging to BloodyPenguin, Snow_Cat, and cerebellum. I prefer making collections and the main one can be found here.
