"Gerabak" Hover APC (Vanilla)

I felt the need to build an APC for the new faction, so i took the zero friction idea from the tank and implemented it here. it also has nice hatches to protect your passengers and cargo, which open when the craft is lowered (parking mode) It should not clang because most of the movable parts are locked most of the time with the exeption when the parking mode is activated (Toolbar 1)

To change to dev branch follow these steps:
1: Go to Steam library, find SE
2: Right-click SE on the list and Select Properties
3: Select the 'Betas' Tab and select the develop branch.
4: Profit from weekly updates and epic bugs!
