[PHOTON] New Zealand Police skin

Description
A New Zealand Police skin created to be used on TDM's NSW Police Holden.

The addons TDM Emergency Vehicles Pack and TDM Base Pack are needed for the car this addon is for to work correctly, which can be found in the 'Required Items' column to right.
Photon is an advanced lighting system which utilises the emergency lights on the car. It's not needed to use this addon, but is highly recommended for the full experience with this addon.

About the Skin

From 2005 to 2011, the New Zealand Police used this yellow and blue coloured "full battenburg" livery on their highway patrol Holden Commodores, before being replaced by a much simpler version (called the "half battenburg" livery) on replacement vehicles from 2012 onwards. This particular skin was created by me because of the rotator lightbar on the model, which is similar to the Code3 MX7000 lightbar which was used between 1998 and 2011, before being replaced by the Nautech Spectra LED lightbar. The New Zealand police may not have used this particular model of car, but it is very close to the Commodores they did use at the time.

Known Issues with the Skin

* There is a small amount of yellow and blue on the top, front, and back of the lightbar. Due to how the skin is mappped, this cannot be fixed.

* The skin is noticeably pixelated when you look at it closely. Due to limitations in Garry's Mod and Photoshop, this cannot be fixed (by me anyway). Correction - I can fix it. I will fix this and release an update when I get back home from my Christmas holiday. FIXED - Skin is now a higher resolution in the latest update.

* The skin also has imperfections. For example, some of the blue and yellow squares may seem to bend and distort in unusual ways. This is because of how the model is shaped, and therefore cannot be fixed without changing the position of the textures (which would break the realism if they were). This is my fault. I looked back on this and noticed some bumps on the texture, so it's not the model that causes this - it's me. Sorry about that. Will fix in the next update. FIXED - The amount of imperfections has been dramatically reduced, and the skin is a lot more clean and smooth overall in the latest update.

Thanks for checking out my first public addon. Comments and discussion have been turned off for the future! This addon is no longer being updated or monitored, nor am I creating any more workshop content for Garry's Mod. Thank you for your support with this addon over the last few years!
