Deep in the forests of Poll Land, an evil force seeks to disrupt freedom, liberty and the president's birthday. The terrorist war machines are on the move, seeking to set up a call center from which they will conduct political polls and call BROFORCE headquarters approximately eighteen times per second. This nefarious plan's ultimate target seems to be General Broce Willis, whose face may explode if he yells "YIPPEE-KI-YAY" into one more phone.

Because the BROFORCE budget will not allow the good general to get a new phone, it is up to his top operatives to find the secret center in Poll Land and destroy it up.
