This is the unofficial port of DE Surgeries MOD to A17.
I am not the original author. All credits goes to original author kaptain_kavern ( see https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=22120.0 )

All I have done is making the mod compatible with A17. I am shameful to make only very little contribution. Thank you.

UPDATE: increase success chances for all operations to balance more unforgiving failures introduced in A16.

I have a problem, everytime I try for a nose replacement, even though I have enough medicine AND herbal medicine, I get a message saying "no herb" and need materials everytime the doctor goes for the surgery. Any ideas?
