Washington Gardens [Alpine Sandbox Starter]

Description
A simple starter sandbox park based off of the game-based Alpine sandbox, terraformed and heavily forested for realism. This piece of land includes 5 lakes, and is heavily forested with thousands of trees. A pituresque setting for a gorgeous, exciting park. [UPDATE: Noticed a few unrealistic floating trees that got stacked on top of each other. I removed all I could find. If you find any others, let me know so I can update.]
