For the image background:
The image ackground should choose other wallpaper, than choose this again. It will be work.

Great wallpaper, but 1 suggestion: add slide show ability to wallpaper, then it will be perfect.

A suggestion:

Put inner circles and outer circles, all going around the mouse at once. Place an option for inner our outer circles to go clockwise or counter-clockwise, that ought to look REALLY good. Besides that, pretty nice job.

I've had problems with loading pictures, too. The picture is almost never centered and instead it's uploaded in a tile pattern.
