Red/Green Deficient Scan Overlay

Not colourblind myself, but this is a great mod to have once you get to the Hylotl quests and need to scan underwater. I also just like the new colour for scanned objects here! It makes them stick out far less compared to new items.

Changing scanned from green to grey is a huge W, I love the mod despite not being color blind!

I'm not colorblind, but this grey for scanned scheme is awesome~!

I don't have difficulty seeing colors, but I always use this anyway because it looks so much better!
