Historical_formable_nations

Added Decisions to form some of the nations that are on the map
at the 1444 start. So you can play with a custom nation and custom
ideas, government type, custom rulers, etc. while still having
access to all the events, decisions and mission trees of the historical nations that you form.

To form the nation you want, you need to have their primary culture,
hold their historic capital and the nation you want to form cannot exist.

Currently the list of nations you can form include:
Aragon, Austria
Bavaria, Bohemia, Brandenburg, Burgundy,Byzantium,
Castile,
Denmark,
England, Ethiopia,
France,
Genoa,
Hanse(Lübeck), Hungary
Jianzhou,
Knights, Korea,
Lithuania,
Mamluks, Milan, Ming, Muscoy,
Napoli, Netherlands, Norway,
Ottomans,
Papal States, Poland, Portugal,
Scotland, Sweden,
Timurids,
USA,
Venice.

This mod was written with compatibility in mind. It should work with pretty much any other mod and on any version of the game. Only exception being mods that change province ids. Will not cause any crashes but might not work.
