ORIGINAL ADDON: https://garrysmods.org/download/715/playermodel-pack-by-jammiezip

I am one of the "creators" that originally uploaded this addon onto the Workshop. I, however, nor did the original uploader to the Workshop did not create the models in this addon. I helped with the Lua script. He uploaded and fixed the rest onto here.

well you see i disable my mods or sometimes my game starts and i have 0 mods and i download mods like this and it worked but i will never EVER delete my library of mods

@thelegend27 That sounds like a problem on your side. I don't know how to help you other than to say disable all your addons to see what's causing that problem.

on i just installed it get it out killed a npc there was no ragdoll and no ragdolls could be spawned

no first off when i see them in my addons menu i go to it no ragdolls
