Description
Uprising 202-

You are a Resistance member during The Uprising against the combine menace, whose escaped from the recent attack on Black Mesa East and after, you headed to the forbidden, Ravenholm area. From the setting of this map, it has been exactly 3 days since the Attack, and you are still wondering through the maze of streets and alleys of Ravenholm. Eventually you had stumbled upon an old factory, which was previously used as the Refugee's Kinetic power system to light up the town and water-purification when Ravenholm was once functional. You have a strong confident feeling that this may be a possible shortcut, to finally get out of Ravenholm.

Other Stuff. -

This is my ever first map which was uploaded to Workshop! I had practiced previously before and I attempted to fine-tune alot of things in the map, and I also tried to keep a very dark aspect to the map, and keep it similar to what Ravenholm was like in the good ol' days of Half Life 2.

Special Thanks to my mate OMGitsDLC for Testing this map and giving me feedback and suggestions of what I should do.
His ideas:
Health area. (First Aid office)
Less powerful enemies in the Underground Passage since there is hardly any room to maneuver. (Only two enemies in the underground passage now.)
More Weapons!

Features of this Map:
Lots of Zombies
Lots of Darkness
Lots of Flashlight Reliability.
Two Explosive secrets
First Aid Office if you got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ during the 1st room.
An ending.

Appreciate the words mate. You're spot on, Rotten Series was my humble beginnings as a level designer, while I've moved onto larger ventures in Level Design and often cringe HEAVILY at the design choices I made at the time, I still appreciate that I had to start somewhere, and I always hold in high regard as an example of my early exploration of the medium.

I have played through the rotten series only just now today and i gotta say it's amazing watching what was clearly a beginner's imaginative fun at the start, slowly turn into something more and more detailed as the creator gets more experienced with hammer. It was fun and reminded me of a simpler time when I'd set up stuff like this in random maps in singleplayer back in 2009.

Just seen a pre-alpha sort of thing for the follow up to Rotten Factory which should hopefully be announced soon and released in the near future, it is looking REALLY good so far, saw some development too, it's coming along well, I think - thanks for all of the support, can't wait for the future! #RT
