Total War Attila: More Skillpoints Per Level

Description
This mod adds SIX (6) skill points instead of the measley 2 every level!

It has been adjusted such that once you hit the maximum number of points, you won't gain any more.

Update 1: Now Army/Navy traditions also receive more skillpoints.

Only works in 2 lvl after that you only got 1 point for the rest of the game

But you will not be able to max out, all of the skill-levels, unless you get more that 1 point after rank 8.

I remember it being intentional as to not surpass the limit

After rank 4, you only get one point per rank? It happens both for agents and generals
