To Tee, my recomendation is to create another mod with the same changes under a new name and release it. This will get it put behind the load order on LW2 so it will then work.
Here is a link to my "A Better Start for LW2" {LINK REMOVED}(https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=859904129). But again I would definitely stick with Tee's work here as my mods (even the LITE versions) have been commented as being too OP and can take some of the fun out of the Base management aspect of the game.
Thanks for sharing your findings. It could be helpful to some people.
Instead, I get 100 day excavation times!
I know a simple ini edit will reduce all proving grounds project times but it also affects research. I also know it's possible to create a custom proving grounds project with custom costs and project time.
I could do a mod that replaces the default SPARK-build proving grounds project if I knew how to award players the SPARK soldier (similar to how experimental items are given). I just haven't looked into this yet.
