Guard Armor Revamped

Description
An armor change for the various Hold Guards, changing to accommodate more of the holds backgrounds (mostly).
-------------------------------------------------------Note------------------------------------------------------------------
For some reason some of the Solitude guards will not where their boots and bracers. They are told to but they won’t.

I have tried this mod whith many others and it DOES work

P.S.
For those of you who think Winterhod guard shouldn't wear mages clothes, they are both unenchanted (to the best of my knowlege) and the only good looking robes in the game that don't make you look poor (and I do NOT retexture)

idk if this related to the mod but when i go to morthal the guards armor was normal at first but after i went out to hunt some bandit leader and went back to morthal, ALL THE GUARDS ARE NAKED

the winterhold guards wouldn't have mage robes due to the guards and the peopleof the town hating mages

This is a good idea and all, but i don't think the full sets of armour are needed for some.
EG. Markarth guards could have dwemur boots, gloves and weapons.
