@HereTix24: This mod adds a custom item to the game (not a STARTING item). You can give yourself the item using the debug console.

Erfly I deleted my previous comment about the /content/ folder, but I can not figure out how to get this mod to work. I have 50+ mods subscribed now and most of them work, but this is one that no matter if it is the only one enabled or multiple enabled, this one doesn't seem to do anything. Does this require a specific game mode or difficulty or character or do you have to find a specific item? When I tried this, i just got normal isaac with normal tears and there was no fire or burning of anything (other than normal little non-modded fires you can put out with tears).

HereTix, there's meant to be a folder called content.
It assures that multiple mods don't conflict with each other.
