Blue Fungoid Ships: Downscaled Ships

Howdy great peeps,

Changelog - 16 February, 2017:
----------------------------------------------
Ships & stations now have blue light/particle effects.
Science ship scan cone color is now blue.
Added mod support for: NSC, RS & ISB.
----------------------------------------------

I always wanted to have blue/grey Fungoid ships in my game, so I made them.
This does NOT overwrite the standard Fungoid ships, but adds a new ship set.

If you're not bored of white/silver yet, I'd love to see some Molluscoid ships with that color scheme. :) Red Molluscoid would be awesome as well (Stellar Warpaints has red, but it's not updated to 1.4 and some textures are missing).

This looks awesome. Keep them coming, I love having all these ship colors to choose from!
