Alternate CRA Pilots

Description
The original CRA pilot model was based on the NSDF pilot, something the community of the game has always bemoaned, the CRA deserve a unique pilot (and supply depot, shield tower, cafeteria, etc) For whatever reason, Rebellion seems to have interpretted discontent over the CRA's pilot model as wanting it to be the same as the soviet one, which is not something anybody ever wanted. So here, I fixed it.
