The Isaac of Isaac: Afterisaac- is a small mod that changes all hearts to have Isaac's face on them! It also adds three new challenges to the game:

1) ISAAC EVERYTHING!

-Isaac's Heart
-Mom's Purse
Trinkets:
-Isaac's Fork
-Isaac's Head
Goal:
-To Isaac!
Extra Rules:
-No treasure rooms

2) ...Bombs?
Items:
-Bob's Curse
-Bomb Bag
-Hot Bombs
-Mr. Mega
-Pyro
-Sad Bombs
-Scatter Bombs
-Glitter Bombs
-Host Hat

-Bob's Bladder
