If you have photon installed you can spawn the car by holding Q > Vehicles > UK Emergency Service Pack

Skin:
If you don't want the car to use photon just spawn the car by holding Q > Vehicles > LW Cars. Then hold 'C' and right click on the car and select skin 2

just to let everybody know the Met police signs are missing on the door and it is consequently being fixed

Hello there, there is one know issue / bug with this van and that is the rear of the vehicle (the chevrons) go though the back of the car. This problem cannot be fixed
