If you have photon installed you can spawn the car by holding Q > Vehicles > UK Emergency Service Pack

Skin:

If you don't want the car to use photon just spawn the car by holding Q > Vehicles > TDM Cars. Then hold 'C' and right click on the car and select skin 2

my game crashes everytime i try to spawn it

Hey @Anthony, thanks for the comment, the reason there is only Rear Reds on the back lightbar is simply becuase the front lightbar doesn't need them as it is not directly exposed to traffic if that makes any sense, anyway, once again, we appreciate the feedback and comments, Thank You!
