The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim; Dawnguard / Hearthfire DLC needed. This is part of my Skyrim Real Estate Collection (Mod # 200 - M7).

Aircastle - A Player Home near Solitude City
=======================================
High above the entrance to Solitude is
this majestic Castle. If you are already
a Thane to Solitude, the Housecarl will
recognize you; otherwise she is a follower.

The Castle is 2 Levels.
There are 2 entrances - one is alongside a road
for better access, the other one is on a bridge
overlooking Solitude Countryside.

This All New Player Home is part of my
Skyrim Real Estate Collection. It is also probably
my last mod before I have surgery next month
+ 6 weeks estimated recovery time. Enjoy!

1. Great Hall with Dining Table/chairs,
throne, cooking pots, enchant/alchemy stations,
planted pots, furniture. + Singing Bard.
2. Bedroom with fireplaces and furniture.
3. Bathroom with bathtub and fixtures.
4. Kitchen / Cafe with Food Merchant.
5. Armory with weapon racks, display cases,
storage chests, & mannequins.
6. Master Bedroom.
7. Den with bookshelves and desks.
8. Vault with ample storage.
9. Smithy - Skyforge, Anvil, Tanning Rack, Alchemy, Enchanter,
Grinding Stone, Workbench, Wood Chopper, Smelter + Blacksmith Merchant.
10. General Store + Hearthfire Supplies.
11. Children's room (Play area, room for 6 children).
12. Indoor Pool with shrine statues and Gardens.

I actually recommended Custom Family Home for other mods on my list.

I found this mod in the workshop ( Custom Family Home ) If it works you can use this. Perhaps M7 might be able to combine this mod with his.

if any mod does something to the NPC it isn't my mod that is causing the problem. the mulitple adoption mod may be counting the number of beds or something similar, though 6 should be ok. since i don't use Multipe adoption Mod, I cannot say what the side effects will be.

the house carl Jania is an empty armor that talks as though it is an npc but has no head? is that related to my first issue?

hello!

first off I love this castle! I am eager to use this in my game.
the problem is when I cast the bless home spell from the multi adoption mod, I get a pop up saying this place is not suitable for my family.

did I do something wrong?
