Adds the Psychic Empire led by Yuri from Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2.





Unique Ability: Psychic Dominator
All land melee units may capture enemy units after defeating them. Borrow city names from other in-game Civs.

Unique Unit: Yuri Clone
Replaces the great general. Along with combat bonuses for nearby units, it can wrest control of city-states.

Unique Building: Cloning Vat
Replaces the arsenal. No city defence, but can contribute to the creation of Yuri clones.

FYI, optional Slave Miner unit has been broken for over a year.

This mod is such a meme I add it into every playthrough on the offchance the AI takes it.

Not sure if this is possible or if you're wanting to add something to the mod; but one of the things I loved to do while playing as Yuri was to capture enemy units and send them to my grinder for more credits. Could you add a grinder building which allows for players to grind the captured ships providing bonus gold compared to if they choose to destroy a unit the vanilla way?

Do you think I could get an ETA on when the teaser mod will be finished? I'm going to wait for its release to start a new game on a new modlist with it.
