Apostasy

Description
Apostasy is an active item (6 room charge) found in the Angel Room itempool and upon use converts all of your red hearts to spirit hearts.

This was my first lua mod, I was just waiting for the custom itempools to work before uploading. Enjoy!

It doesn't take the heart containers, just the hearts.

Soo, it's a worse Guppy's Paw? Or does it convert red heart pickups into soul hearts?
