This House in located just outside Fort Hraggstad (Please note it is recommended that you kill the Bandits inside the fort before hand)

This house/outside includes
Outside:
Tanning Rack
Workbench
Anvil
Grindstone
x6 Stormcloak soldiers
x4 Stormcloak Tents (SML)
x1 Stormcloak Tent (LRG)
Camp Fire

Inside:
Bed
x2 Shelfs
x4 Chests (These chests where not touched in the update, everything put inside them before 1.0 is still there)
Large Shelf
Dresser (Same as chests)
Bed Roll
Bookcase (Same as chests)
Alchemy Station
Archane Enchantment table
Food Crafting station
and some nick nacks =P (Everywhere)

Basement:
x2 Chests (These chests where not touched in the update, everything put inside them before 1.0 is still there)
x1 lock box (Same as chests)

That is correct (This is the video used in the Imperial version), but in-game, the npc's have been replaced with Stormcloak soldiers, and Stormcloak tents.

I basically copied and pasted from the Imperial version, and made some minor changes. Thank you for catching that, it will be changed.

why is it called stormcloak version if it says there are imperials outside

Thank you for downloading it! I have tried to put manequins, but for some reason, they dont work, ill look more into it however, Have fun!

Looks great! I will undoubtedly have fun with this mod. But, if I may make a suggestion, put some manequins (or however you spell it) in. I like being able to display nice looking, but un-used armor.

Thanks for the awesome mod!
