Report a translation problem
That might have been the actual problem I was having over uncapped gib count when playing gib fest earlier. This makes sense considering it was the same frame issue that ragdoll/ragdoll collisions gave me previously when it was enabled.
This specific issue is not present for regular campaign at least.
The failed ragdoll cap also allows for the game to just straight up crash at around 250-300 ragdolls (which I think is a limitation of the havok physics engine in source). This generally won't cause issues on smaller official maps, but in a longer map typically from a custom campaign or heaven forbit you play survival, you're gonna run into problems.
