Loan Sword Ashigaru Available for All

Description
Adds Loansword Ashigaru Option for all clans.
The Loan Sword Ashigaru need a Tech if you want to start recruiting it(Strategy of Attack).

Update 2021:
Cleaning up the tables to allow other mods to be used in conjuction with the mod.
Stats Balancing from 9 ATK, 10 Charge to 7 ATK and 8 Charge for base Loan Sword Ashigaru
Oda Loan Sword Ashigaru are cheaper, have +1 ATK, +2 DEF, and +1 Morale
Shimazu Loan Sword Ashigaru are slightly cheaper, have increased stat of +2 ATK, +1 DEF, and +1 Morale
Ikko Ikki Loan Sword Ashigaru are weaker due to having the stat of 6 ATK, 1 DEF and 6 Morale, but have more men, and available very early.
Hattori Loan Sword Ashigaru are much more expensive, but have Kisho Training and +1 Morale.
Fixed the unit card and uniform, now using Multiplayer Loan Sword Ashigaru uniform.

I cant see any option to recruit even after researching. Only mod i can think of that is conflicting is darthmod, Any idea why?

silly question since it goes against the mod...but how can i remove/deactivate a unit completely from all factions?

Also an easier way to make the Loan Sword Ashigaru recruitable for all factions except Ikko Ikki is to just add the unit to "japan" military group because by default it's only in "multiplayer" military group.

You can replace the unit card with the right one if you change the filename in uniform_tables to "Ashigaru_Inf_Katana_Ashigaru".

i've found that there is a conflict when you get to upgrade the fort it appears that it blocks the button to upgrade it and also the ui card is wrong it has the yari ashigaru.. any way to fix it?
