This works if you set the LCD background to white under the image. It adds the extra light it needs and it looks fine.

A very late answer, but it is what it is. It adds 8 real life pics to LCD screens.

um, just to not get confused with what this mod is. what does this even do to the game?

you have to modify the alpha channel of the LCD pics to make them lighter. It is a bit of a faff and it is a different method depending on what graphics software you use.

yea, seem like a problem. this new format seem to make everything darker. that keen use in game. for dx11. like mhm does;t go well for lcds.

There is a concern for visibility with your mod: the images are very little visible, unless you light the front of the screens, while the image of the game (arrow, construction, forbidden ...) no worries
