@blk_panther: Yup, I'm not fully satisfied with how it turned out myself. I researched several pictures of rice farms and it was rather hard to come up with a balance between realism and fitting in-game aesthetics. Many thanks for your insightful feedback!
I quite enjoy your Enhanced Farms already, they are the best farms I have seen. I use them since release. The standard ones are now just plain ugly to me ... and the rice farms triple. Overall the asset quality from the AoFE team really improved (compare the palisade gate with the AoAK and AoR buildings) but the new AoR terrain (rice farms included) is a big step backwards.
I still have a little critique: Rice farms have thin little grass like, evenly spaced plants, that grow quite tall. The harvest ready (100%) farm then looks like tall grass. May be a bit awkward to have units walk on top of water and rice plants instead of between them, but I think it will look quite nice. [a little like the AoF Grass Patch in the editor]
