Description
Adds a passive collectible to the game called Lucky Worm.

Can be found on shops, secret rooms and beggar spawns.

+2 luck up when picked up.
Gives Isaac a select combination of worm effects.

Zany and novel. Lots of wacky synergy potential with different tear modifiers.

Working on Isaac's face gfx... Will add it in once I work out how the animation editor functions.
