Changes survivor names to their full counterparts.

The names can be edited fairly easy,which REQUIRES L4D2 Authoring Tools.

*To edit first locate the vpk.exe in the l4d2 folder(default location-C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\bin)and make a shortcut of it somewhere,like on the desktop for easy access.

*Then open the vpk.file with GCFScape and extract the "root" folder to wherever you prefer.

*Locate the "closecaption_english.txt" inside the root folder and edit it to your liking.

*Once you're satisfied drag the root folder over the vpk.exe shortcut you made earlier.
Now it'll be packed back into a .vpk file

*Place the .vpk file back in the addons folder (you don't need to place it in the workshop folder however if you don't then uncheck my mod in the addons list in main menu to avoid conflicts or if you want to place it back into the workshop folder rename it to my original vpk's name and replace it).
